The Associate ... A Custom Solution
Your association is different from any other. And therefore, you have different goals. Using the Setup and Administration system of The Associate line of software, you can tailor your system to do exactly what you need it to do. This system also contains functions for changing system options and security and purging the database.
The Administration Module allows you to:
- Create custom group types
- Create custom groups
- Create custom entry codes to specify referral source and case status
- Put you logo on invoices, letters and reports to save money on costly letterhead and pre-printed forms
- Customize invoices to fit your association's specific needs
- Establish your own membership categories, and corresponding dues structures, which will be automatically calculated by the system
