The Fundraising/Volunteer Module
The Fundraising/Volunteer Module provides tools used to manage fundraising campaigns,
donations for contacts, and fundraising activities. The Associate also provides a volunteer tracking
function that records individuals' time contributions and under which department they served.
The Fundraising/Volunteer Module allows you to:
- Store data describing fundraising campaigns
- Record gifts and pledges from contacts to each campaign
- Schedule payments for pledges
- Categorize donors and report on donor activities
- Generate merged fundraising letters
- Merge information for producing letters, envelopes, and mailing labels
- Develop and broadcast automated faxes and emails using fundraising data
- Generate standard reports using fundraising data
- Create custom reports using fundraising data
- Generate reports based on volunteer time per department
- Track volunteer hours alphabetically or by the number of hours worked
