Managing Referral Information
Association effectiveness is often gauged by the benefit members receive. Providing member referrals to potential clients helps attract new members and improve current member satisfaction, thus enhancing the image and reputation of your association.
Depending on how referrals are administered - as a benefit or for a fee to members - a detailed tracking process is necessary. With The Associate of software, potential clients can request a search of your referral service to find the one member to suit their needs. Each referral is tracked and recorded in The Associate database.
The Referral Module Allows you to:
- Refer members by database categories - specialty, geographic location, practicing states, language or a combination of categories
- Review client referral history, sources of referrals and method of payment
- Rotate referral choices by specialization or by individual
- Generate a referral confirmation report automatically via fax, email or mail
- Customize text in a standard referral report
- Record referral dues based on referral membership category and years in practice
- Create case status as well as generate case reports on all open cases
- Track case fees and referral dues payments
- Attach note onto case data for both administration of client fees and percentage fees for referral individuals or private notes to the referral service only
- Generate detailed reports based on referral case type, date, state, language, or geographic location
- Track liability insurance data to ensure your referral members are properly covered based on your association's policies
- Note disciplinary actions prior to making referral
- Create client surveys
