The e-Associate
The e-Associate web interface provides an association a means to provide benefits to its members on a more timely and less costly basis. With the e-Associate interface, member's do not have to take time out of their busy schedule to contact the association for such things as address changes or event and training registrations. Now, association members can use the associaiton web page to access membership benefits at any available time, 24 hours a day, which makes the benefits of being a member better.
Additionally, the e-Associate web interface can record the member's requests directly into The Associate, therefore reducing the amount of time required to deliver membership benefits. Automation reduces employee cost and human error and saves the association money!
So...with the e-Associate web interface, an association's members receive better and sometimes additional benefits but the cost to the association to deliver these benefits is reduced. This is trully a win-win situation.
